How is this accomplished?

Secure Socket Layering (SSL) Encryption All credit card transactions are processed through InternetSecure's Secure Enterprise Server using the secure socket layering encryption present on all current browsers. The major browsers Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator have included secure socket layer technology since their 3.0 versions. Many other browsers such as Opera do as well. This ensures the secure exchange of data between our customers and the InternetSecure system. Your name, address, and credit card number are processed by complex mathematical encryption algorithms to ensure that only the authorized server to which you are connected can decode the information. An interesting fact about encryption. The "strong encryption" versions of the major Web browsers are so secure, that the United States government classifies their encryption technology as a munition, like guns and explosives, and restricts the strong-encryption browsers from being exported outside the U.S.A. and Canada. Miscellaneous

If any provision of the Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

Webesolution and you agree that the Agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the mutual understanding of the parties and supersedes and cancels all previous written and oral agreements, communications, and other understandings relating to the subject matter of the Agreement, and that all waivers and modifications must be in a writing signed by both parties, except as otherwise provided herein. No delay or omission by either party in exercising any right or remedy under this Agreement or existing at law or equity shall be considered a waiver of such right or remedy.

No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment is created as a result of the Agreement, and you do not have any authority of any kind to bind Webesolution in any respect whatsoever.

In any action or proceeding to enforce rights under the Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover its costs and attorneys' fees.

The Agreement shall be governed by the Canadian laws.

Changes to our Privacy Policy
This policy may be revised over time as new features are added to the web site.
