• Help in negotiation of the Terms of the outsourcing contract and entering into a viable Agreement with your selected Vendor
• Help in smooth transfer of the requirements and materials needed for the immediate and instant starting of the Development activity by your Vendor
• Use of online Project Management System to effectively monitor the development of your Project on a day to day basis
• Availability of our Team of experts to give solution to any problems that may be faced by you or your Vendor during the development activity
• All billing and transfer of funds between you and your Vendor till you take over the Outsourcing management
• Our Expert Project Managers can manage your Projects either remotely or from your site ( on a nominal extra payment)
All these are available to you at a rational price of $4000, payable as $2000 at the time of engagement of IMS Services and $2000 at the time of engagement of the Vendor
