Webesolution SDO Experience
The development process goes through several phases, here we outline what each
phase really involves.
Requirements Phase: The TAM and client review project specifications and
prepare a Test Plan.
Design Phase: The TAM and the offshore Development team make the design
and prepare the Integration and Unit Testing plan.
Implementation Phase: The coding is done, and Black Box and White Box
Testing is carried out.
Integration Phase: The different modules of the application are
assembled and integrated and Integration Testing is carried out with the
application being tested as a whole.
Testing Phase: The TAM and Offshore team perform a thorough System
Testing, checking the application in a simulated real life environment with the
usual technical constraints.
Operations Phase: The application is handed over to the client for
testing. This is the User Acceptance Test after which the product is deemed
ready for deployment.

Packages and Pricing
We offer 4 typical packages in our ODC model. Pilot Project package is the
smallest package. This package is specifically suited for an organization that
wants to try out a small project to get comfortable with the model. Typically
after this experience the Customers move to larger dedicated teams.
Package A-D are sample popular packages and each can be customized specifically
to customer requirements. Each package includes all expenses including travel
requirements, lodging etc. for the TAM to offshore facility at least once every
quarter.
