described in Integrated
Software Management.
Organization Process
Definition
This is used to develop
certain basic criteria
called as software
process assets
that are helpful in
improving the process
and its performance of
the Projects that
provide benefits to the
Organization, providing
a solid foundation to
the Organization that
can be spread over to
the entire Organization
Training Program
This helps in developing
the necessary skill sets
that are necessary for
determining the
deliverables in a

process and helping the
employees to understand

Integrated Software Management
By the adopting of this
